  • If physical tickets are issued, delivery will occur within 7–10 business days via standard mail. Expedited shipping may be available upon request.

Refund Policy

  • All BBQ Contest & ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled or postponed.

  • If the event is canceled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend, please contact us within 7 days of the announcement for refund or credit options (subject to approval).
